In 1978 Mr. Carlo De Conz was asked to assist an Italian woodworking machinery manufacturer in his sales efforts in the United States. Mr. De Conz who was established with his own International business of supplying industrial parts & components for heavy equipment seen this as an opportunity to utilize his time and energy.
Macoser, Inc. was formed in 1980 (MAchine COnsulting SERvice) offering unique solutions to manufacturers with special applications.
Macoser, Inc. was incorporated in 1988 as a North Carolina Corporation.
With headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina that includes warehousing, training facilities and showroom.
Macoser, Inc. has two divisions :
1) Macoser Woodworking Machinery, a full line distributor of quality woodworking machines for small and large production factories.
2) Macoser Metal & Automation, for sales of metal working machines and the rebuilding of industrialized turrets to assist the metal and aluminum component manufacturer.
Our business is offering assistance to U.S. customers in solving manufacturing problems
with proven solutions using the best of European processing equipment.
We provide answers for solid wood and wood engineered products.
Our customer base includes Architectural Millwork, Residential Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets. Baseball Bat, Door/ Window Manufacturers, Store Fixtures, Cabinet Doors, and Building Component Manufacturing industries.
Macoser networks with over 25 dealers nationwide who have in place over 100 sales agents located through out the United States. This network of dealers is supported by direct regional sales representatives and additional support staff located at our corporate headquarters.
We offer factory trained service technicians who support existing machines, new customers, and our dealer partners.
The Macoser customer base consists of over 2,000 individual companies that rely on our timely delivery of spare parts and prompt call back to their requests for service and information.
