Omec 450M This manual dovetailer has cam type clamping assures secure holding pressure for the parts to be machined. The 1 HP driven spindle floats on linear bearings minimizing both operator effort and error. The eccentric bit is easily adjusted to attain just the joint fit you desire or to accommodate sharpening of the bit. Male and female joints are cut simultaneously. With 4 template designs standard, the Omec 450 is ideal for shops introducing dovetail drawer to their clients or upgrading from a router and jig set up. Omec 450M video
Omec 650M Like the Omec 450M, the Omec 650M uses a 1 HP motor, linear bearings, adjustable eccentric bit, and comes with 4 templates standard. Clamping is done by four pneumatic cylinders for easier loading and unloading. The 16.5” capacity enables you to make deeper drawers and chip breakers can be installed on the fences to minimize blowout on more difficult materials. Omec 650M video
Omec 650A This is Omec’s newest model in an automatic dovetail machine. Although it shares the same frame as the our 650M manual dovetailer, it is equipped with NC controls to regulate the number of joints, depth of grooves, height of pins, speed of cut, tool compensation, as well as placement of the joint. These adjustments permit the fine tuning of the fit to be done on a simple LED display. Unlike some competitor’s machines, all parts are loaded from the front without the need of accessing the back of the dovetailer with the exception of maintenance. Standard features include pneumatic clamps, servo/ballscrew driven X & Y axis movement, dual zone machining areas, dust collection port, and standard carbide style tooling. Omec 650A video
Omec 750 , Clamping is done by pneumatic cylinders for easy loading and unloading. The eccentric bit permits easy adjustment to attain the desired fit. The 18” capacity enables you to make deeper drawers and chip breakers can be installed on the fences to minimize blowout on more difficult materials. This is an excellent machine for small to mid-sized shops where dovetail drawers have become a common offering. Omec 750 video
Omec 750CN , the 750CN is a smaller version of our well received Omec F11CN CNC model. The 750CN utilizes pneumatic clamps, has a 20” capacity, 18,000 rpm spindle, and is 50% faster than the conventional Omec 750. Utilizing the CNC technology well proven in the F11CN, the Omec 750CN asks the operator to input the dimensions of the parts to be machined and designs the dovetail pattern to best suit the material dimension and the desired effect of the operator. Working on one inch centers is no longer a requirement as the CNC technology spaces the centers to meet your needs. Blowout is minimized as the speed of cut can be adjusted to both accommodate the material and the size of the joint. Once programs are set, up to
40 can be saved for later recall. This is an excellent machine for the high end dovetail drawer maker who wants to offer the best dovetail drawer possible and appreciates the flexibility of CNC. Omec 750CN video
Omec F8 The F8 is Omec’s multiple spindle dovetailing machine. The F8 is designed for speed, durability, and simplicity of use while providing high production. The F8 is our “work horse” of a machine. If you have high production requirements with difficult materials of standard sizes, this is the machine for you. Omec F8 video
Omec F11CN This automatic dovetailer is Omec’s original CNC dovetailer. With a machining area of approximately 30”, the F11CN can produce most any design and size dovetail product desired. The F11CN, with spindle speeds of 18,500 rpm, can accommodate a variety of tooling to produce the dovetail effect desired by operator including box cuts and French dovetails. This machine is well proven and has been imported in the U.S. for over 8 years. Control of spindle location, machining speed, tooling variance, height of pin, depth of joint, location of joint, and number of joints are all controlled by CNC.
Omec F11TS , this is a touch screen version of the well proven F11CN. The touch screen enables easier and faster operator inputs and a better visual representation of the machine operation. Additional modifications include the positioning servo now equipped with an absolute encoder eliminating X and Y axis limit switches. Omec F11TS video
Omec FCN3 This is Omec’s most automated dovetailing machine. Hopper loaded, the operator feeds stacks of precut drawer sides, fronts, and backs into the machine and a finished part with a dovetail or dowel joint exits the machine. CNC controlled, the precise desired joint is made much like the F11 series machines. The machine is also capable of boring holes on the fronts and sides to accommodate special needs. With a single machine producing both male and female joints. Omec FCN3 video
Omec F10
This milling machine is designed for the production of “box joints”
or “fingerjoints” in large quantities. The F10 is available in
a 200 mm (7 7/8”) and 450 mm (17 ¾”) capacity. The F10
utilizes hydraulic movement, pneumatic clamp, and a customized tool
stack to quickly and accurately mill the desired box joint or finger
joint. These machines are capable of producing over 1000
finished parts per hour. Box joints are regularly used for
wine crates, specialty boxes, bee hive boxes, wood tool boxes, etc.

Omec SCM 1200, This drawer box clamp is unique in that the operator assembles the loose box parts in the clamp itself not prior to introducing to the clamp. Pneumatic cylinders lock in the drawer sides and spring guides the fronts and backs. A pneumatic vacuum holds the drawer bottom in place when the hydraulic cylinder compresses the box. Total time from loose parts to completed box is less than one minute. Omec SCM 1200 video
Omec SBM 1200 This box clamp is designed for small boxes utilizing a box joint. Common application would assembly of cigar boxes, wine boxes, tool boxes, gift boxes, etc. Once the size is set the operator loads the four pieces. These parts are compressed horizontally and then vertically to fit the box joint. Bottoms are attached via staple or nailing system while the parts are held in place by the clamp. Omec SBM 1200 video
Omec ICM 300 Gluer This NC controlled gluer applies the precise amount of glue to your dovetail joints exactly where you want it. The operator sets the distance to the first joint, the distance between the joints, the number of joints, and the amount of glue to be applied. Once set, the glue is quickly and accurately dispensed by a single nozzle injector. Glue is contained in a pressurized system and end of shift clean up is minimal. Recommended clean up is to use a moist towel to clean the nozzle and place a drop of grease on the end of the nozzle to prevent the glue hardening in the nozzle. This NC controls include a wash cycle for routine cleaning maintenance. Omec ICM 300 Gluer video
