Macoser Woodworking Machinery announces the Stromab line of automatic cutting and optimization saws. These heavy duty cutting systems are equipped with a rack & pinion (on helical gears) driven pusher capable of speeds up to 400 feet/minute. This system can be configured with our cross cut saws (14”, 18”, 20” or 24” blade diameters). The back fence is approximately 10” in height. Accuracy in the pusher placement is assured by magnetic strip. The standard infeed table is approximately 32” in depth and available in lengths from 3 to 7 meters. Available options include automatic infeed conveyors, additional clamping, outfeed sorting, ink jet printing, and defect detection.
Matrix 1 ,The Matrix one is a heavy duty automatic cutting line. Table width is approximately 32” and the fence height is over 10”. The pusher speed is up to 400 ft/minute with adjustments for ramp up and ramp down. This heavy duty is capable of pushing up to 200 lbs. of material making this saw system capable of processing large components or stacked products. 99 different cutting cycles (cut lists) of 15 components per list can be entered and saved in the Matrix 1. A chalk activated flooring eye can be added for defecting material.
Matrix 2 ,The Matrix 2 offers the same features as the Matrix 1 but utilizes a optical sensor to determine material length. “Step Down Optimization” is employed to complete the cut list regardless of the length of the material fed. This system looks for the longest board left to be cut from one or more cut lists until the desired quantity has been achieved. A chalk activated flooring eye can be added for defecting material.
Matrix 3 ,The Matrix 3 provides full optimization of material fed. Cut lists can be imported from Excel, programmed remotely, or entered at the machine. Grading can be done at 4 levels of quality and the programming can be set up for maximum length, limited waste, priority length, or volume. Standard with touch screen programming optional features such as ink jet printers and various infeed and outfeed systems can easily be integrated with this system.
Matrix 4 ,The Matrix 4 shares all features of the Matrix 3 and adds defect removal to maximize total material utilization.
